The Grind is one of those old coffee houses where people come together chit-chat and develop ideas. The place changed once more when students suggested a project to the owner. The owner loved the idea and a repair café in Britechester came true. Now there also is table to pick up surplus food and in the little movie theater downstairs you can enjoy indipendent films. Have fun.

The first floor is still a very normal café. Here you can relax and chit-chat and drink a cup of coffee. In the near of the side entrance, there is the table to pick up surplus food. Enjoy a free meal and donate food if you have some left overs. Easy peasy. In the backyard you can already see some people repairing stuff. Of course you can only enjoy a lovely cup of tea in the sun. The heart of the repair community helps out on the 2nd and 3rd floor. This is where the workshops and storage places are.
