simlish castles in the air

This is a little homage (not a copy) to the Grande Arche de la Défence and it’s wonderful cubic design.

It’s just a small, modern and clean library. Besides the usual things like reading and researching, this library offers an observatory on the top floor. It is sited on a big public square. Here you can eat, busk and someone thought it’s a good place to do free climbing, too. Maybe they just wanted to prevent you from entering the building, who knows …
